Hoppy’s Route 66 Wash Club

1. Membership is valid for 1 vehicle registration only.
2. Membership is not available to any Commercial Passenger Vehicles such as taxis, limousines, private transfer vehicles, UBERs (or any other ride sharing app)
3. For customers paying via monthly direct debit through Paypa Plane, the first month may be paid upfront in store after which the monthly membership fee will be billed automatically to your nominated credit card or bank account on the date corresponding to the commencement date each month until such time as the agreement is finished or terminated by you or Hoppy’s.
4. The program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions including The Pond loyalty program.
5. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or ride through the tunnel.
6. Hoppy’s reserves the right to close sites due to inclement weather or equipment issues.
7. Hoppy’s reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason.
8. Membership is transferable upon the purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Hoppy’s via email to [email protected].
9. Temporary transfers are not permitted for periods less than one month.
10. Membership may be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks written notice or via email to [email protected].
11. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
12. Vehicle may be subject to excess dirt/bugs surcharges.
13. Please note that all Hoppy’s sites close from 25 Dec to 2 Jan each year for maintenance. No membership credit will be issued for this period.

Hoppy’s Express Washclub Membership

1. Membership is valid for 1 vehicle registration only.

8. Notice of changes must be made via email to [email protected].

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Gift vouchers may be used to purchase goods or services at participating Hoppy’s outlets. Any remaining amount is not refundable in cash. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid for by the redeemer.
2. This gift voucher will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorized Signature being completed, and other authentication signed
3. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used for cash equivalent transactions (such as bill payments or wash club accounts), returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher, or be replaced after expiry. We may in our sole discretion elect to cancel a gift voucher or block such a transaction if you attempt to do so. Gift vouchers are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
4. Keep your gift voucher secure and treat it as you would treat cash, anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases.
5. Gift vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
6. Gift vouchers will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
7. We may cancel any gift voucher, or the gift voucher scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
8. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. After the gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and all transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become our property.

Morayfield McDonalds Free Ultimate Wash:

This promotion expires on 15th May 2021

1. This gift voucher is only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
2. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
3. Surcharges may apply: Excess Dirt / Bug
4. This gift voucher will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hoppy’s Handwash Café or Hoppy’s Express is final.
6. Hoppy’s Handwash Cafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

The Pond

GENERAL

1. The Member Terms and Conditions document the operation of Handwash Café Pty Ltd reward program The POND and any promotional activity and member transactions that arise as a consequence of the Rewards Program.
2. Individuals who join the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program agree to be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions.
3. The Member Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification. Any modification to the Member Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.
4. Handwash Café Pty Ltd will not accept any liability for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.
5. Handwash Café Pty Ltd will not accept any liability for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program.
6. Handwash Café Pty Ltd may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Handwash Café Pty Ltd Privacy Policy
7. Handwash Café Pty Ltd reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program or any aspect of it or at its election, to payout any Rewards, reset Spend Balances, at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, Handwash Café Pty Ltd reserve the right to transfer Members to such other loyalty or rewards program owned, operated, managed or administered by Handwash Café Pty Ltd, its ‘related bodies corporates’ or ‘associated entities’.
8. Handwash Café Pty Ltd may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Member to provide to Handwash Café Pty Ltd proof of identification (in a form requested by Handwash Café Pty Ltd) to verify the authenticity of a Member’s membership and compliance with the Member Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Member’s involvement in the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program.
9. Handwash Café Pty Ltd will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program, including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of Rewards.
10. These Member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, including without limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant Handwash Café Pty Ltd policies and or terms and conditions.
11. Handwash Café Pty Ltd decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program is final and binding.
12. Any failure or delay by Handwash Café Pty Ltd in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Handwash Café Pty Ltd must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Handwash Café Pty Ltd.
13. Nothing in these Member Terms & Conditions is intended to contravene any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in these Member Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Member Terms & Conditions.

MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership of the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.
2. An individual becomes a Member as of the Join Date.
3. An individual is deemed to be a Member when they sign up online
4. Upon joining the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program the member will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the month & year that they joined.
5. At any time, Members may only have one account to the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program.
6. Members may not transfer their account or Rewards to another person.
7. Handwash Café Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.
8. A Member may end their membership at any time by email to [email protected]
9. By joining the Handwash Café Pty Ltd Rewards Program, an individual consents Handwash Café Pty Ltd contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of Rewards or other products and special offers.
10. ‘Birthday Reward’: Free wash Birthday Reward is issued once every 12 months, 7 days before the Member’s birthday (the Member must have entered a valid date of birth in the relevant section of their Member Profile prior to their birthday in order to receive this Reward). The Birthday Reward expires 30 days after date of issue. To be eligible for the Birthday Reward the Member must be an active customer. An active customer is someone who has purchased a carwash at a participating Hoppy’s Carwash in the last 12months.
11. Rewards can only be redeemed on site at participating Hoppy’s Carwashes.
12. Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.
13. All Rewards have an expiry date as dictated by the Reward. Handwash Café Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without notice.
14. Handwash Café Pty Ltd will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a Technical Issue including without limitation the failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.
15. Rewards can only be redeemed once.
16. Handwash Café Pty Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

2021 EOFY HOPPY’S EXPRESS WASHCLUB DEAL

1. Offer only available for purchase in June 2021
2. Membership is for 1 vehicle registration only
3. Membership must start by 31.08.21
4. Offer is 14 months Unlimited Ultimate washes for the price of 12 or 7 months Unlimited Ultimate Washes for the price of 6 depending on the package
5. Wash Club is not available to Commercial Passenger Vehicles such as taxis or Ubers.
6. The program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or programs including Hoppy’s POND membership.
7. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or ride through the tunnel auto wash.
8. Additional detailing may be purchased at regular price.
9. Hoppy’s reserves the right to close sites due to inclement weather or equipment issues.
10. Hoppy’s reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason.
11. Membership is transferable upon the purchase of a new vehicle and upon written notice to Hoppy’s Head Office
12. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
13. Vehicle may be subject to large vehicle / excess dirt / bug surcharges.
